Sauder follows a return policy with a time period of seven days from the date you receive the product for the products to be returned in new condition and in the original boxes as received. The return parcel must have all the paperwork which makes the amount crediting process smooth.

Sauder Woodworking Co. offers limited warranty coverage to the initial buyer of this product for a duration of five years starting from the purchase date, protecting against faults in materials or craftsmanship of Sauder furniture parts. For the purpose of this warranty, a "defect" refers to flaws in components that significantly diminish the product's functionality. This warranty is applicable solely to warranted defects that emerge and are reported to Sauder during the coverage period.
5-year limited warranty
Warranty coverage does not extend to defects or issues arising from failure to adhere to product assembly instructions, provided information, or warnings, misuse, abuse, deliberate damage, fire, flood, alteration, or modification of the product. Nor does it encompass usage of the product in a manner contradictory to its intended purpose, or any condition resulting from improper maintenance, cleaning, or care. Additionally, there is no warranty coverage for rented products, items purchased "used" or "as is" from distress or going-out-of-business sales, or from a liquidator.
