Step 3:

  • You can find comprehensive answers to a wide range of questions on the FAQs page, including those related to topics like the V-chip or parental controls, smart TVs, setting the display language, TV repair, troubleshooting HDMI connection issues, and more.

What is covered under the SANYO Warranty?

The warranty provides coverage for damage resulting from defects in production and materials that occur between the delivery date and the conclusion of the warranty period. If any defects arise during the warranty period, Sanyo will undertake the necessary repairs or provide a replacement for the products.

What is NOT covered under the SANYO Warranty?

The warranty program does not extend coverage to products that have been modified, altered, or used in a manner contrary to Sanyo's guidelines. Additionally, it excludes failures or damage resulting from fire, earthquakes, storms, floods, lightning, other natural disasters, pollution, salt damage, gas-related damage (such as sulfidizing gas), abnormal voltage, or the use of unspecified power supplies. The warranty does not apply in cases where Sanyo products are not used as intended or in accordance with the provided instruction manual. It also does not cover damage or product failure resulting from mishandling, including being dropped during transportation by the customer or due to impact.
