  • During the warranty process, Avanti may provide you with one of the following solutions: either a warranty replacement or warranty service during the 1-year warranty period.

Step 2:

  • In order to ensure a flawless ordering process, they implement a secondary approval or authorization step for all orders before they are finalized and placed.

  • Please note that all sales are considered non-refundable, and without express written authorization from the Seller, the Purchaser is not permitted to initiate a return of the purchased goods.

  • The purchaser is solely responsible for the cost of return freight in both directions. You can send the product to them within 30 days if it is unused, with shipping and handling costs.

  • If the seller reclaims the goods, the purchaser must pay a restocking charge, which amounts to 35% of the purchase price, when the purchaser is unwilling to accept the goods.

Step 3:

  • Avanti tells you to register your products by providing the model and serial number, purchase date, and store number along with your personal details.

  • Registering will simplify the process of claiming your warranty and ensure you receive exceptional service from them.

  • To inquire about the current status of your order, kindly provide your tracking number.

  • Surcharges for after-hour, weekend, or holiday service calls, tolls, ferry trips, or mileage expenses to remote areas
