What is covered under the Sanitaire Warranty?

The Sanitaire limited warranty for your vacuum ensures that your product is free from material and workmanship defects during normal use for the specified number of years, commencing from the date of purchase, as indicated in your owner's manual. In order to obtain warranty service, you are required to return the faulty vacuum cleaner or the defective part, along with proof of your purchase, to any authorized Sanitaire warranty station.

What is NOT covered under the Sanitaire Warranty?

The warranty does not cover replacement parts that naturally wear out during regular use, including bumpers, filters, bristle strips, bags, belts, light bulbs, and hoses. It also excludes damages or malfunctions resulting from negligence, abuse, or usage that don't align with the guidelines provided in the Owner's Guide. Additionally, any defects or damages arising from unauthorized servicing are not covered. Sanitaire will, at its discretion, either repair or replace a defective cleaner or its components covered by this warranty. It's important to note that as a standard warranty policy, Sanitaire does not offer refunds for the consumer's purchase price.
