Step 1:

  • Your products getting registered is the first and foremost step in the warranty claiming process, and also a form should be filled up with your personal and appliance details. You will be asked to attach the proof of purchase or a copy of the receipt.

  • Similar to the registration process, the warranty form has to be submitted with the pivotal details that are required, and they have provided the box for you to explain the warranty issue you face.

Step 2:

  • Kindly return the product to the customer center for repair with the service return authorization (SRA) number. They provide this number only in the case where your problem with the product has not been fixed after you have been guided by the customer service representative.

  • If you've received the products from approved distributors and need to return or exchange them, please get in touch with them.

Step 3:

  • All kinds of problems will be rectified by the customer service team whether it is about shipping, you want to inquire about thermal protection, bags, filters, accessories, and much more.

  • The form can be used to send them a message or get a quotation. On its left side, you can see the ways to contact them.

  • During the warranty process, Atrix may provide you with one of the following solutions: either a warranty replacement or warranty service during the 1-year or 3-year warranty period, depending on the product.

What is covered under the Atrix Warranty?

Atrix ensures that its vacuum cleaners will be devoid of material and manufacturing flaws beginning from the purchase date and for the original owner. Should any problems related to this warranty arise within this period, Atrix may choose to either repair or replace the defective product, depending on its discretion.

What is NOT covered under the Atrix Warranty?

The warranty will not be applicable to any customized configurations or to units that have undergone alterations, or sustained damage due to negligence, improper use, accidents, or failure to adhere to Atrix's Instruction Manual. This warranty does not include consumable items, such as filters, accessories, and motor brushes.
