Without having a return authorization (RA) number, the products cannot be returned. The given duration to return the products and to report the damaged or missing items is thirty days and seven days from the invoice date respectively.
Customers have to pay money from their pocket for shipping, and the restocking fee is 20 percent for the return. They only accept returned products if it is in new and unused condition with the original packaging.

The warranty excludes damage resulting from accidents, misuse, negligence, abuse, fire, or repairs conducted by an unauthorized service provider other than Powr-Flite. Additionally, this warranty does not cover electric cable switches, carbon brushes, and couplings. Using chemicals that contain abrasive additives will nullify the warranty. Failure to adhere to the provided warnings and instructions will also result in the warranty being voided.
