Furthermore, the warranty does not extend to loss or damage to the cleaner's body due to conditions beyond Prolux's control, which includes situations like misuse, accidents, abuse, neglect, negligence on the part of the customer, overuse beyond the cleaner's capacity, or unauthorized modification and alteration. Lastly, loss or damage to the cleaner stemming from a failure to adhere to the recommended maintenance schedule or a failure to use the cleaner in accordance with the written instructions from Prolux, guidelines, or the terms outlined in its Owner's Manual is also excluded from the warranty coverage.
