What is covered under the PROLUX Warranty?

Prolux ensures that this product is free from material and workmanship defects for a specified period starting from the date of the original purchase, provided it is used for typical household purposes. If your appliance malfunctions during normal household use within the warranty period, please get in touch with the authorized Prolux dealer from whom you bought the unit. The warranty covers the cost of repairing or replacing the unit at their discretion and is applicable to the original purchaser of the unit.

What is NOT covered under the PROLUX Warranty?

The warranty provided by Prolux has specific inclusions and exclusions to consider. It's important to note that non-durable parts, such as filters, accessories, brushes, belts, and electrical components that typically require replacement, are not covered by this warranty. Additionally, the warranty excludes normal wear and tear and the replacement of various attachments and accessories, including items like pads and wheels. Damage or motor burnout that may result from a failure to clear blockages occurring during regular use is not covered. Furthermore, the warranty does not extend to loss or damage to the cleaner's body due to conditions beyond Prolux's control, which includes situations like misuse, accidents, abuse, neglect, negligence on the part of the customer, overuse beyond the cleaner's capacity, or unauthorized modification and alteration. Lastly, loss or damage to the cleaner stemming from a failure to adhere to the recommended maintenance schedule or a failure to use the cleaner in accordance with the written instructions from Prolux, guidelines, or the terms outlined in its Owner's Manual is also excluded from the warranty coverage.
