What is covered under the Nilfisk Warranty?

Nilfisk provides a warranty ensuring that every new machine is delivered in excellent condition, without any material, design, or workmanship defects throughout the specified warranty period. Nilfisk is solely responsible under this warranty for repairing or replacing any defective machine and/or consumable part. Any machines that undergo repair or replacement under this warranty will continue to be covered by the same warranty for the remaining duration of the original warranty period. This warranty is provided exclusively to the initial buyer for the product's usage.

What is NOT covered under the Nilfisk Warranty?

The warranty will not be applicable to issues resulting from misuse, neglect, accidental damage, normal wear and tear, improper storage, installation, or careless handling. It also does not cover defects caused by frost damage, heat damage, alterations made without Nilfisk's approval, the use of an incorrect supply voltage, a contaminated water supply, or the use of unsuitable chemicals.
