  • Except for two fields, all other fields are considered mandatory to be filled out. The required fields include your personal information, product details, and proof of purchase. Among these, your proof of purchase is the most important.

Step 2:

  • The seller should be informed about returning the product within 14 days from the delivery date if you do not like or require it. An additional 14 days are allotted to complete the return, adhering to the rules and regulations.

  • The reimbursement will be initiated within 14 days of the receipt of the returned goods. However, a refund will only be issued if diligent measures have been taken to guarantee the secure and intact return of the item.

What is covered under the Salter Warranty?

Every new product comes with a manufacturer's guarantee, and the duration of the warranty depends on the specific product. Salter will offer a guarantee with the retailer from the date of purchase, provided reasonable proof of purchase is provided. The guarantee applies only when the products have been used as directed for their intended domestic use. Under the warranty, Salter commits to repairing or replacing any defective parts at no cost. If an exact replacement is unavailable, a similar product will be provided, or a refund will be issued.

What is NOT covered under the Salter Warranty?
