What is covered under the Salter Warranty?

Every new product comes with a manufacturer's guarantee, and the duration of the warranty depends on the specific product. Salter will offer a guarantee with the retailer from the date of purchase, provided reasonable proof of purchase is provided. The guarantee applies only when the products have been used as directed for their intended domestic use. Under the warranty, Salter commits to repairing or replacing any defective parts at no cost. If an exact replacement is unavailable, a similar product will be provided, or a refund will be issued.

  • 12-month standard guarantee

What is NOT covered under the Salter Warranty?

The guarantee becomes void if the products are misused or dismantled. The guarantee does not cover damages resulting from regular wear and tear, and it excludes consumables such as plugs and fuses.
