What is covered under the Neff Appliances Warranty?

The warranty is valid for appliances bought and used in the United Kingdom and the Republic of Ireland. It covers the correction of defects in the appliance resulting from material and/or manufacturing faults. To be eligible, these issues must be reported promptly upon identification and within 24 months from the date of purchase, or 60 months for registered eligible appliances. The warranty service is provided without charge, and the decision on whether to repair or replace the appliance rests with them. It's important to be aware that replaced parts become their property.

What is NOT covered under the Neff Appliances Warranty?

The warranty never covers fragile items like glass, cosmetic parts, or consumables such as light bulbs. Warranty responsibility will not be invoked for minor deviations from nominal features that do not significantly impact the appliance's value or suitability, or for damage caused by the chemical or electrochemical effects of water. This exclusion also encompasses exceptional environmental conditions, inappropriate operating conditions, or contact with unsuitable materials. The warranty becomes void if repairs are conducted by unauthorized individuals or if non-original spare parts, extras, or accessories are fitted to their appliances. Additionally, no warranty responsibility will be acknowledged if defects result from transport damage (for which they are not responsible), improper installation and assembly, misuse, non-domestic use, inadequate maintenance, or failure to follow operating or assembly instructions. These warranty conditions do not apply if the boat generates electricity through its engine. Claims against the warranty for compensation due to consequential or associated loss are generally excluded unless such liability is legally mandatory.
