  • Any defective product can be claimed within the warranty period with dated proof of original retail purchase in hand.

What is covered under the Aventon Bikes Warranty?

Aventon warrants each of its products with a dedicated warranty plan from the original retail date of purchase to the first/original buyer against any kind of defect in workmanship and material if it is used normally and provided with proper maintenance in accordance with the guidelines of Aventon. The guidelines include, but are not limited to, information contained in technical specifications, user manuals and service communications. You have options for partial warranty coverage for the subsequent owners if the product and warranty are properly transferred. In this timeframe, Aventon will either repair or replace the product with the same or most similar product then available at free of cost and shipping. You can also have certain consumer rights on the claim along with other specific rights that may change from one place to the other.

What is NOT covered under the Aventon Bikes Warranty?

Aventon’s warranty has serious limitations on its warranty plan. On that note, Defects or damages caused by crash, improper repair, negligence, improper maintenance, or other abnormal, excessive, or improper use; improper assembly or installation; failure to perform maintenance or service at appropriate intervals in accordance with the written instructions provided with the product; corrosion and normal wear and tear in bearings, brake pads, chains, free hub bodies, handlebar grips, rubber moving parts, shifter, brake cables/casings, spokes, sprockets, stripped threads/bolts, tools & transmission gears. In addition, Damages due to improper shipping and claims outside the country of purchase are also not covered. They are also not liable for incidental or consequential damages or losses associated with the product.
