Roborock requires you to submit proof of purchase for the warranty claim, which may be the bill of sale or a similar document. Failure to do so will result in the assumption that the commencing date of the limited warranty is three months after the shipping date.
You are permitted to return the product within a fixed time frame, which is thirty days from the receipt of shipment. Refunds or return requests will be processed for the entire set of products, including any complimentary gift items.
If the item is acquired from a third party and the third party's warranty and return policy provide a longer return period, the third-party warranty will be prioritized.
Products that undergo repair or replacement under the Limited Warranty will benefit from continued warranty coverage, extending for the longer of two periods: 90 days from the date of repair or replacement, or the remaining duration of the original Warranty Period.
Roborock cannot be held accountable for any damages resulting from neglect or failure to adhere to the provided instructions for using the Products.
This Limited Warranty provides you with certain legal rights, and there may be additional rights that vary depending on the state or jurisdiction.
During the warranty process, Roborock may provide you with one of the following solutions: either a warranty replacement or warranty service during the 1-year limited warranty period.

Roborock Technology Co. Ltd assures the original purchaser that the Roborock product they acquire will be devoid of defects in materials and workmanship under normal usage for a period of one year from the date of purchase. It's important to note that the Limited Warranty specifically pertains to FCC products officially sold in the United States.
The Limited Warranty excludes coverage for defects or damages attributable to consumable parts, such as brushes, unless the consumable part's damage results from a defect in materials or workmanship in a non-consumable part of the Product(s). Additionally, it does not cover normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage (including scratches, dents, and broken plastic), defects or damage arising from misuse, accidents (such as collision, fire, and liquid exposure), neglect, abuse, unusual stress, modification, improper or unauthorized repair, installation, wiring, or testing, alterations not approved by Roborock, improper repairs or service, or the use of improper parts and accessories not supplied by Roborock. Furthermore, the warranty does not extend to damage caused by operating the Product(s) outside the permitted or intended uses described by Roborock, use with non-Roborock products, any non-Roborock products (even if packaged or sold with the Product(s)), and modifications of the Product(s) firmware or software by anyone other than Roborock. Roborock reserves the right to disable the Product(s) if suspected fraud is identified or if it is determined that the Product(s) are counterfeit, stolen, or lost in shipment. The warranty does not cover misuse or failure to follow operating instructions, failure to perform recommended maintenance, or use in any manner other than normal and expected use. It is also rendered void if the serial number of the Product has been removed, erased, defaced, altered, or is illegible in any way, as determined at Roborock's sole discretion. Breach of the terms of this limited warranty or the contractual agreement with Roborock will also invalidate the warranty. Moreover, if a free gift has been refunded, the Product will no longer be eligible for warranty service. Lastly, products purchased, used, or operated outside the United States of America are not covered by the Limited Warranty.
