3 Simple Steps for Roborock Warranty Claim

Step 1:

• To submit a warranty claim, you do not need to register your products. Roborock requires proof of purchase, such as the bill of sale or a similar document, for the warranty claim. Failure to provide this will result in the assumption that the warranty commencement date is three months after the shipping date.

• Roborock also warrants certified refurbished products purchased from Roborock’s official store (https://us.roborock.com) and Roborock’s official stores on e-commerce websites.

Step 2:

• You are permitted to return the product within a fixed time frame, which is thirty days from the receipt of shipment. Refunds or return requests will be processed for the entire set of products, including any complimentary gift items.

• If the item is acquired from a third party and the third party's warranty and return policy provide a longer return period, the third-party warranty will be prioritized. 

• Products that undergo repair or replacement under the Limited Warranty will benefit from continued warranty coverage, extending for the longer of two periods: 90 days from the date of repair or replacement, or the remaining duration of the original Warranty Period.

• Roborock is not responsible for any damages resulting from neglect or failure to follow the provided product instructions.
