Step 1:

  • A full refund will not be provided unless you provide the original receipt, Return Authorization Number, original packaging, and all accessories that were delivered with the product. A Full Refund may encompass a complete cash reimbursement, product exchange, or issuance of store credits.

  • The most important thing is to send the products within 30 days to receive a refund or exchange. Refunds will be exclusively processed through the original form of payment without original shipping costs for non-defective products.

Step 2:

  • Should you receive a damaged or defective product, they will provide a replacement for the same product. In the event that the current model is unavailable, Ecovacs will substitute it with a comparable model.

  • The warranty serves as a substitute for all other warranties, whether expressed or implied. It includes but is not limited to, any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Step 3:

  • Products eligible for a refund must be returned to the designated address with the RMA Number clearly indicated. The customer is responsible for prepaying the shipping fee.

  • The customer support team can be reached via five different contact means: phone, email, live chat, a direct office visit, or a phone call.

  • During the warranty process, Ecovacs may provide you with one of the following solutions: either a warranty replacement or warranty service during the 12-month warranty period.
