What is covered under the Rinnai Warranty?

Rinnai warranty policy apply to:

  • Only genuine Rinnai parts may be used, and repairs must be done by a qualified professional.

What is NOT covered under the Rinnai Warranty?

Rinnai policy does not apply to:

  • Failures caused by accidents, abuse, misuse, or modifications to the product.
  • Improper installations, including issues like corrosion, condensation, and incorrect venting or gas/water pressure.
  • Lack of maintenance, such as scale buildup, freeze damage, or blockages.
  • Issues caused by fires, flooding, electrical surges, or extraordinary events (force majeure).
  • Products used in closed-loop applications or involving chemically treated water (e.g., pool/spa heaters).
