3 Simple Steps for NESCO Warranty Claim:

Step 1:

  • Only email and password are necessary for both account registration and login. For warranty registration, your name, phone number, address, purchase date, appliance type, model number, the serial number (also known as the date code or Lot number), email, and comments are required.

  • You can't expect NESCO to return or make the refund for your order after they send you the product. It is recommended that you review and make any necessary changes before finalizing your order.

Step 2:

  • If you receive a damaged item or one that differs from what you ordered, please reach out to them within 30 days of delivery.

  • If you fail to contact them after 30 days have passed since receiving a damaged or incorrect item, you will lose the eligibility to claim for replacement.

  • When you don't know how to locate the model and serial numbers, simply check the bottom of the unit to find the necessary information. All the valuable details you are looking for can be found in the FAQs section.

Step 3:

  • The customer service center offers convenient ways to contact them. They are prepared to receive your feedback and provide you with comprehensive information.

  • The contact form will be useful when you can't find appropriate information on the official website or want to inquire about NESCO or search for the site in general, but the form is almost the same as the warranty registration form with fewer details.

  • During the warranty process, NESCO may provide you with one of the following solutions: either a warranty replacement or warranty service during the warranty period.

This warranty provides you with certain legal entitlements, and additional rights may be applicable, depending on your state's laws. It's important to note that the product is designed for household use and not intended for commercial purposes. If you require warranty service, please send back defective products with postage prepaid, including a description of the issue, to the address provided below. When returning a product for warranty service, please ensure that you include either the proof of purchase or a copy of the original sales receipt.

  • 1-year limited warranty

What is NOT covered under the NESCO Warranty?

The warranty excludes coverage for damage during transportation, misuse, accidents, or similar incidents. Additionally, it does not apply to products used for commercial purposes. Each new NESCO® appliance is equipped with a range of safety features, and any attempt to interfere with these safety mechanisms will void the warranty. If they receive an appliance for service that has been tampered with, they retain the right to restore it to its original condition and charge for the necessary repairs.

About NESCO

NESCO is synonymous with the joy of bringing people together, whether it's for cherished occasions like Thanksgiving or a simple weeknight dinner with your loved ones. This company, which began its journey as the National Enameling and Stamping Company, introduced the Original Roaster Oven in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, as far back as 1931. The Wisconsin Electrical Company, recognizing the potential, extended these Roasters to rural areas, encouraging the use of electricity in households. This versatile appliance gradually replaced the prevalent wood-burning stoves of the era due to its ability to prepare meals quickly without adding extra heat to homes during scorching summers. Over the years, NESCO evolved into the trusted brand for roasters, relied upon by people for all those special moments in life. NESCO is currently under the ownership of The Metal Ware Corporation and operates from Two Rivers, Wisconsin.
