  • The customer support team is available on weekdays at specific, predetermined hours.

  • During the warranty process, Dacor may provide you with one of the following solutions: either a warranty replacement or warranty service during the warranty period, which can be 2, 6, or 12 years.

What is covered under the Dacor Warranty?

Dacor warranty policy applies to:

  • The Dacor warranty covers appliances purchased brand new from an authorized Dacor dealer or seller.
  • It applies to the original purchaser starting from the purchase date or the closing date for new construction, whichever is longer.
  • Malfunctions within one year due to defects in material or workmanship are addressed at no cost.
  • Cosmetic damage (e.g., scratches, paint blemishes) must be reported within 60 days of purchase to qualify for coverage.

What is NOT covered under the Dacor Warranty?

Dacor warranty does not apply to:

  • The warranty does not cover slight color variations caused by painted parts, lighting, or product placement, nor cosmetic damage like scratches, discoloration, or breakage of components such as glass, metal, plastic, or paint due to improper use, neglect, or abuse.
  • It excludes coverage for non-residential use, such as commercial, business, or rental purposes, and failures caused by improper installation.
  • Service calls for customer education, travel fees to remote areas, and replacement of house fuses are not included in the warranty.
  • Consumable parts like filters and light bulbs are excluded and are the responsibility of the purchaser.
  • Damages caused by accidents, fires, floods, power interruptions, surges, and other uncontrollable events are not covered under the warranty.
  • The warranty becomes void if a non-ETL or non-CUL product is transported outside the U.S.A. It also does not cover damage to surrounding property, such as cabinetry, floors, or ceilings.
