3 Simple Steps for Reebok Warranty Claim:

Step 1:

  • For warranty claims, you should directly engage with the retailer where you originally purchased the footwear, following their unique return and exchange procedures. To initiate a warranty request, it is necessary to return the footwear to the very retailer from which you made the initial purchase.

  • In the event that a retailer cannot provide assistance with your warranty claim, you have the freedom to initiate the claim process directly with Warson Brands.

Step 2:

  • You are welcome to return the products within 30 days of receiving them in new condition if they did not meet your expectations. They will accept the return if it is in original packaging.

  • Approximately, it takes 7-14 business days to process your return once the package is received by them. Unlike others, the refund will be credited to your payment account in advance. A confirmation email will be sent to you as soon as your refund has been provided.

  • Reebok enforces various return conditions to inform customers before they send back their items. Items cannot be accepted that show signs of wear, damage, alteration, or washing. Additionally, products with non-returnable markings and complimentary gifts are not eligible for returns.

Step 3:

  • Customer service is pleased to help you if you want your items to be returned to the adjacent return address. They will respond to you as fast as they can. The order is delivered within seven to fifteen business days. This will be informed by email.

  • Please ensure that you complete all the fields with your personal details in the contact form.

  • During the warranty process, Reebok may provide you with one of the following solutions: either a warranty replacement or warranty service during the warranty period.

What is covered under the Reebok Warranty?

The warranty is applicable if the product was acquired from an authorized retailer within the last 12 months in the continental United States and you can provide a sales receipt as evidence of the purchase within that time frame. To be eligible for warranty coverage, the footwear should have been properly maintained and cared for, used in appropriate conditions, and not subjected to any form of abuse. It's important to note that the warranty is exclusive to the original purchaser and cannot be transferred. In the event of a claim, Warson Brands will assess the case, and if a manufacturing defect is identified, they will either replace the footwear with the same model or offer a discount for a purchase on Reebok's official website. The discount amount is determined by Warson Brands, taking into consideration the purchase date, the type of defect, and the extent of wear on the footwear.

  • 12-month limited warranty

What is NOT covered under the Reebok Warranty?

The warranty policy does not cover several aspects, including normal wear and tear, any alterations, modifications, or repairs carried out by individuals or entities other than Warson Brands. It also excludes damage caused by chemical or foreign contamination. Furthermore, the warranty does not extend to safety-toe or metatarsal guard footwear once they have experienced an impact exceeding the specified ASTM, CSA, or EN safety rating for such footwear. In addition, issues such as broken or frayed laces, as well as worn-down insoles, are not covered by the warranty. Fit and comfort-related matters for the footwear and any odors arising from the products are also not included in the warranty coverage.

About Reebok

Reebok International Limited, an American brand specializing in fitness footwear and apparel, is affiliated with Authentic Brands Group. Originating in England in 1958, it emerged as a companion to J.W. Foster and Sons, a sporting goods company founded in 1895 in Bolton, Lancashire. Reebok Future Innovation House has introduced an innovative technology named Liquid Factory. This cutting-edge technology utilizes a robotic process to extrude liquid polyurethane, effectively "drawing" shoe components, and eliminating the need for conventional shoe molds. The Reebok Foundation administers the "Build Our Kids' Success" (BOKS) initiative, which aims to offer physical activities to schoolchildren in the United States before the start of the school day. Reebok finances this program through direct grants and by allocating a portion of its shoe sales.
