  • Red Oxx takes 90 days from the arrival date of the product to dispatch it after repairs are done. Washing your bags in a washing machine or dryer will render the warranty invalid.

Step 2:

  • The exchange and return form requires you to fill in the fields such as billing, order, payment, and reorder information. Bags that have not been used will be accepted for exchange or refund. Additionally, you can return a few qualifying accessories.

  • The availability of stocks determines the time period for the exchange of your product, which extends up to 10 working days before shipping the product. When the products are not available, the exchange time period is 60 days.

  • The refund amount will be credited to your bank account within 48 hours or 2 days after they inspect the bags you sent back to them.

  • The buyer looks after the return shipping of the product. Red Oxx does not assume responsibility for duties or customs fees associated with international order exchanges.

  • During the warranty process, Red Oxx Bags may provide you with one of the following solutions: either a warranty replacement or warranty service during the warranty period.

What is covered under the Red Oxx Bags Warranty?

The Red Oxx No Bull Warranty is applicable exclusively to the original gear acquired directly from Red Oxx. In the event of a warranty claim, Red Oxx will provide a replacement with either the same style or the updated version of your bag, maintaining the same or a similar color.

What is NOT covered under the Red Oxx Bags Warranty?

The warranty excludes coverage for intentional damage to the bag, such as cutting panels, removing zippers, or any personal modifications made by the owner. Loss or theft is also not covered under the warranty.
