You can typically return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund. If the return is due to their mistake, they'll cover the return shipping costs as well.
Recteq, LLC retains the right to deduct any relevant shipping charges, along with a 15% restocking fee, from the refund amount for any returned order that isn't due to an incorrect or defective item.
