Registration is a compulsory process to apply for the warranty. Personal, product, and additional are the three kinds of information to be provided in the form. The way to find the model and serial number is identical, which is inscribed on the manufacturer's label on the back of the product.
Under the additional information, three files such as photos of the receipt, model, serial number, and products are supposed to be attached. You have to remember that the size of the files should be below 10 MB and in outlined formats.
You are offered a time period of 45 days from the original shipment date to return the products in the original packaging that are not used and assembled. The charcoal, fire starters, or wood chunks are non-returnable.
Masterbuilt takes 10 days of receiving the products to credit the refund of the merchandise price. Masterbuilt will not repay the original and return shipping charges.
You will be sent a check through USPS mail within thirty days when Masterbuilt is not able to deposit the refund in the original form of payment. The manufacturer safeguards the purchasers who have received products from them through the warranty and return policy.
The customer support team's usual response time is 48 hours but in peak hours it may go up to five business days, The contact form is more or less similar to the enrollment form.

Masterbuilt guarantees that all its items are devoid of any material or workmanship flaws when properly assembled, used under standard conditions, and maintained according to recommendations. The warranty takes effect from the initial purchase date and applies solely to the original buyer. In the event of any defect, Masterbuilt will, at its discretion, either replace or repair the faulty component at no expense to the original purchaser.
The warranty excludes damage resulting from misuse or abuse of the product, usage beyond its intended design, improper assembly, maintenance, or installation, as well as damages caused by accidents, natural disasters, unauthorized alterations, or transportation mishaps. It also does not cover regular wear and tear or cosmetic changes that don't impact performance. Commercial use is not covered under this warranty, nor are labor or any associated service, repair, or operational costs. Specifically, the warranty does not extend to the paint finish, which may naturally wear off during standard usage, nor does it cover rust.
