Step 1:

  • Before beginning, confirm that your appliance's issue is a result of a manufacturing flaw in materials or workmanship. The warranty specifically covers defects in internal motors, heating elements, or control circuitry under normal domestic use. It specifically excludes damage caused by negligence, physical impacts, improper voltage connection, or using the product for activities beyond its intended purpose (such as commercial use of a domestic appliance).

  • Ensure you have your original dated sales receipt or digital order confirmation ready. The warranty period typically starts from the date indicated on the purchase invoice, and coverage is generally limited to the original purchaser.

  • Note that failures caused by mineral buildup or limescale common in kettles and coffee makers are often considered maintenance issues rather than warrantable defects. Ensure the product has been cleaned according to the user manual instructions before submitting a claim.

Step 2:

  • To initiate the process, access the specialized contact section on the official website. Because RAF products are often sold through a network of international distributors and retailers, you may also need to contact the specific authorized seller from whom you purchased the item.

  • You must provide your Order Number or invoice details along with a detailed description of the fault, such as "thermostat malfunction" or "blade assembly failure." Providing the specific model number (usually found on a silver or white sticker on the bottom of the unit) is essential for a fast resolution.

  • High-quality photographs or videos of the defect are required for assessment. For electrical issues, a short video demonstrating that the unit is plugged in but failing to operate helps the technical team determine if the unit can be troubleshot remotely or if a replacement is necessary.

Step 3:

  • If the digital claim is approved, the company or its authorized distributor will, at its discretion, repair the unit or provide a comparable replacement for defects appearing within the protection window.

  • Once the team authorizes a solution, follow the provided instructions carefully. For confirmed manufacturing defects, you will be guided on the return or disposal process for the faulty unit, ensuring your household is back to peak efficiency with minimal downtime.
