It specifically excludes damage caused by accidental drops, improper installation (e.g., dust under a screen protector), unauthorized modifications, or normal daily wear and tear.
Ensure you have your original dated sales receipt or digital order confirmation ready. For a claim to be valid, the product must have been purchased from an authorized TORRAS channel, such as their official website or the official TORRAS store on Amazon.
Note that for "non-quality" issues such as ordering the wrong size or changing your mind you must contact support within 30 days of receipt. After this 30-day window, the warranty strictly applies to verified quality defects.
To initiate the process, access the specialized contact us portal on the official website. If you purchased through Amazon, you can also use the "Ask a Question" feature on the Amazon product listing to message the brand directly.
You must provide your Order ID and a detailed description of the issue, such as "kickstand hinge failure" or "battery not charging." Providing the specific model and device compatibility (e.g., iPhone 16 Pro Max) ensures the support team can identify the correct replacement part.
High-quality photographs or videos of the defect are required for assessment. Most claims require at least two clear photos showing the damage or a short video demonstrating a functional failure. This helps the team verify the claim promptly, often allowing them to ship a replacement without requiring you to return the defective item.
If the digital claim is approved, the company will at its discretion provide a one-time free replacement of the same model or a comparable alternative if the original is out of stock. For quality-related issues, TORRAS typically covers the shipping costs for the replacement unit.
While submitting your claim, you are highly encouraged to complete your Product Registration on the TORRAS website; this often ensures your warranty status is easily retrievable for future purchases and provides access to exclusive community support.
Once the team authorizes a solution, follow the provided instructions; you can generally expect a response to your inquiry within 12 to 24 business hours. If a replacement is issued, it will be warranted for the remaining time of your original protection period, ensuring your digital lifestyle remains uninterrupted.
