Step 1:

  • Locate your order confirmation or sales receipt to verify the "Warranty Begin Date," which is the date of purchase or receipt, whichever is later.

  • Note that for products purchased after January 1, 2024, the Limited Warranty extends to the original purchaser and each subsequent transferee during the coverage term.

  • Ensure you have a digital copy of the retail receipt if the purchase was made through an authorized retail partner rather than the official online storefront.

Step 2:

  • Capture clear photos or video of the damaged or defective component; this visual evidence is a mandatory requirement before any replacement can be processed.

  • Rule out "Wear and Tear" items such as brake pads, tires, tubes, chains, and cables, which are expected to degrade with normal use and are not covered.

  • Review the owner's manual to ensure the issue did not result from improper assembly, unauthorized modifications, or use of incompatible accessories.

Step 3:

  • Reach out to the support team through the official Help Center to identify potential simple fixes or troubleshooting steps for your e-bike.

  • Follow the specific instructions provided if a component replacement is deemed necessary, which may include visiting an Authorized Service Provider.

  • Secure written approval prior to any service being conducted if you are seeking coverage for professional labor costs.
