Step 1:

  • Visit the Product Registration page on the Pure Cycles website immediately after purchase to activate your coverage and create a record of ownership.

  • Locate your Order Number and your Serial Number (typically found engraved on the underside of the bottom bracket shell); the warranty is valid only for the initial consumer purchaser.

  • Ensure you have a copy of your original sales receipt; Pure Cycles requires proof of purchase to validate the start date of your coverage.

  • Confirm that your bicycle was professionally assembled by a qualified bicycle mechanic; like many direct-to-consumer brands, Pure Cycles often requires a shop receipt to maintain warranty eligibility.

Step 2:

  • Identify the specific nature of the issue; the warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, not damage from crashes, stunts, or general misuse.

  • Rule out "Normal Wear and Tear"; consumables such as tires, tubes, brake pads, and chains are the owner's responsibility to replace as they wear down through standard use.

  • Take clear, well-lit digital photographs of the affected area; visual documentation is the primary way the Pure Cycles technical team evaluates a claim before authorizing a return.

Step 3:

  • To initiate a claim, contact the support team via mail or use the contact form on their official website.

  • If a defect is verified, Pure Cycles will, at its discretion, repair or replace the defective frame or component; please note that colors and graphics may vary if a direct replacement for an older model is unavailable.

  • Be prepared to cover shipping and labor costs; the warranty generally covers the replacement part itself but does not include the cost of a bike shop’s labor to swap the parts or the shipping fees to send items back for inspection.

Pure Cycles Warranty Period:

  • All E-bike batteries are warranted for one (1) year from the date of purchase by the original retail buyer with the following exceptions.
