  • Check that the filter included with your system is within 30 days of purchase, as filters carry a separate 30-day warranty period distinct from the system itself.

  • Ensure the product has been used in compliance with the owner's manual, as the warranty applies only to normal use as directed.

Step 2:

  • If your PUR Faucet Filtration System or Pitcher proves to be defective within the applicable warranty period, contact PUR's consumer services team for assistance.

  • You can reach the team via the contact form on the website or by phone. Have your proof of purchase, product model number, and a description of the defect ready before getting in touch.

  • Fill out the support form on the website, and PUR will respond via email within 24–48 hours.

Step 3:

  • Follow the instructions provided by the consumer services team, who will advise on the most appropriate resolution, repair, replacement, or further troubleshooting steps.

  • Register your product via the warranty registration page on the PUR website to help streamline your claim process and maintain a record of your purchase details.

  • Warranty registration can be completed at any time and is recommended to ensure prompt handling of any future claims.

What is covered under the PUR Warranty?

Kaz (Warrantor) warrants PUR Faucet Filtration Systems for two (2) years from the date of purchase, and PUR Pitchers for ninety (90) days from the date of purchase, against all defects in materials and workmanship, when used in compliance with the owner's manual.

  • Filters included with each system carry a separate 30-day warranty from the date of purchase.
  • If a product proves defective within the applicable warranty period, PUR will repair or replace it at no charge.

What is NOT covered under the PUR Warranty?

Damage resulting from failure to use the product in compliance with the owner's manual, including use with water above 82°F/28°C, use with microbiologically unsafe water, or improper installation.

  • Normal wear and tear, consumable or expendable parts used beyond their recommended replacement interval, and filters or filter media used past the recommended replacement schedule (every 2 months or 40 gallons for pitchers; every 3 months or 100 gallons for faucet systems).
  • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or use of non-genuine PUR replacement filters PUR recommends using only Genuine PUR Filters to ensure guaranteed results and maintain warranty coverage.
