Prometheus Design Werx provides a limited lifetime warranty with each product. Unfortunately, some products may exhibit symptoms of defects during the warranty period.
During this kind of difficult situation, the seller wants you to shift the burden or problems to the knowledgeable customer support team by getting in touch with them through email.
The return time period changes according to the type of the products. The majority of the products must be returned within thirty days from the date of delivery. However, knives, watches, tools, and other hard goods have a one-week return period.
The original packaging is supposed to be used to send back the products and check that the products are in new, unused condition.
The refund is credited back to the original form of payment once Prometheus Design Werx completes the inspection of the returned products. A 10% restocking fee will be charged for custom edge tools, SPD hard goods, and serialized items.
The manufacturer does not take responsibility for any loss or missing packages that occur due to carrier errors on return shipments.
During the warranty process, Prometheus Design Werx may provide you with one of the following solutions: either a warranty replacement or warranty service during the warranty period.
