FilterQueen warrants that all its products are free from defects in materials and workmanship for the duration of the warranty period, starting from the date of purchase. They will either repair or replace any defective part covered by this warranty, provided that the defective part is returned with transportation costs prepaid and accompanied by proof of purchase date. You can return it to the Authorized Distributor from whom you made the purchase or to the quality assurance department. If, upon inspection, the part is found to be defective in terms of material or workmanship, Health-Mor will repair or replace it at their discretion and send it back to you with freight or postage charges to be paid by the recipient. Please note that no reimbursement will be provided for the replacement of defective parts or services performed during the warranty period if they were conducted by someone other than the Authorized Distributor.
The warranty excludes coverage for damage resulting from misuse or negligence, damage caused by using a current or voltage other than what is indicated on the nameplate, damage resulting from service performed by individuals or entities other than Health-Mor or its Authorized Distributors, as well as the costs related to transportation, pick-up, delivery, home or service calls.
