Are you considering starting a warranty claim for your ProCook Appliances? This article provides a guide outlining steps to simplify the process for your convenience.

3 Simple Steps for ProCook Kitchenware Warranty Claim:

Step 1:

  • There are two different return policies for you to initiate the return process for in-store and online purchases. Approach the employees at the store where you made the purchase for the return, with proof of purchase in hand.

  • ProCook directs you to use the return portal to return the products bought online. The processing time of your return is probably seven working days. The return portal contains information related to personal and product details.

Step 2:

  • You have the option to use a different postal or courier service to return items purchased online to ProCook. However, it's important to note that ProCook assumes no responsibility for any parcels that are damaged or lost during transit to their facility.

  • Customers must bear the cost of return postage. In-store purchases cannot be processed through the return portal, and the return of faulty/damaged items via the same portal is prohibited.

Step 3:

  • The UK-based Customer Service team is dedicated to assisting you and welcomes any inquiries you may have regarding products, orders, or your shopping experience.

  • The form in the contact section requires you to complete details such as your name, reason, email address, phone number, and order or receipt number, along with the subject and inquiry.
