  • You have the option to use a different postal or courier service to return items purchased online to ProCook. However, it's important to note that ProCook assumes no responsibility for any parcels that are damaged or lost during transit to their facility.

  • Customers must bear the cost of return postage. In-store purchases cannot be processed through the return portal, and the return of faulty/damaged items via the same portal is prohibited.

Step 3:

  • The UK-based Customer Service team is dedicated to assisting you and welcomes any inquiries you may have regarding products, orders, or your shopping experience.

  • The form in the contact section requires you to complete details such as your name, reason, email address, phone number, and order or receipt number, along with the subject and inquiry.

  • During the warranty process, ProCook Kitchenware may provide you with one of the following solutions: either a warranty replacement or warranty service during the 10, 12, or 25-year warranty period.
