3 Simple Steps for PROBRITE LED Warranty Claim

Step 1:

  • You can reach PROBRITE customer service via phone or email regarding warranty claims. 

  • Before briefly describing the problem, you will need to provide your name, address, and contact number with an attachment of a copy of the purchase receipt.

Step 2:

  • During the warranty process, the manufacturer or seller may intend to provide you with one of the following solutions under warranty coverage: either warranty replacement or warranty service during the warranty period.

  • This warranty does not cover any damages caused by replacement bulbs, LEDs, or corrosion and discoloration of brass components.

Step 3:

  • Probrite shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, or special damages, nor for any lost profits.

  • Warranty claims without the original proof of purchase will not be accepted. Labor charges for removing or installing the fixtures are also not covered.

What is covered under the PROBRITE LED Warranty?

Probrite guarantees its products to be free from material and workmanship defects. Under this warranty, Probrite's obligation is limited to providing replacement products. This warranty is extended to the original purchaser upon presenting a valid purchase receipt or other acceptable proof of the original purchase date. A receipt is required to receive warranty service.

What is NOT covered under the PROBRITE LED Warranty?

The warranty does not cover Probrite products that have been modified or repaired by unauthorized personnel, subjected to neglect, abuse, misuse, or accidents, or damaged during shipping. Additionally, any non-Probrite products supplied, installed, or used in conjunction with Probrite products are not included under this warranty.
