  • The original purchaser is entitled to receive the replacement parts for the defective parts which will be made following the approval of the warranty claim by Primo Water.

  • Without registering the products, the warranty cannot be activated; therefore, never forget to enroll the products that you have bought from Primo Water.

  • Other than activation of the warranty, you will be able to have any specific updates related to the products manufactured by them.

  • This limited warranty provides the purchaser with specific legal rights, which may vary depending on their place of residence.

  • In certain jurisdictions, the exclusion or limitation of special, incidental, or consequential damages, as well as limitations on the duration of warranties, may not be permitted. Therefore, the exclusion and limitations mentioned above may not apply to you.

What is NOT covered under the Primo Water Warranty?

The limited warranty excludes failures or operational issues resulting from accidents, abuse, misuse, alterations, misapplication, improper installation, or maintenance by the purchaser or any third party. It also does not cover damages to the finish, such as scratches, dents, discoloration, or rust occurring after purchase.
