What is NOT covered under the Primo Water Warranty?

The limited warranty excludes failures or operational issues resulting from accidents, abuse, misuse, alterations, misapplication, improper installation, or maintenance by the purchaser or any third party. It also does not cover damages to the finish, such as scratches, dents, discoloration, or rust occurring after purchase. Additionally, failure to perform regular maintenance on the dispenser as outlined in the user’s manual is not covered under the Limited Warranty.
