The authentic Invicta timepiece is supported by a manufacturer's limited three-year warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship from the original date of purchase through an authorized retailer. This limited warranty encompasses the following components: hands, dial, markers, and watch movement.
3-year limited warranty
The limited warranty excludes coverage for the crystal, crown, strap, bracelet, or battery. Additionally, it does not extend to any damage resulting from unauthorized or improper use, service, accidents, impacts, negligence, or regular wear and tear. Furthermore, damages caused by water intrusion due to accidents, improper use, or negligence will not be covered under the warranty.
