  • Brio Water has a time duration of ninety days of receipt to make the submission of the warranty claims. For successful warranty claims, they will repay the cost of the return shipping paid by you beforehand.

  • They take up to seven days to process the warranty claim, starting from the date when Brio Water receives the returned products. You can have either a refund to your payment method, a refund in store credit, or a replacement item sent to you as compensation for the warranty claim.

Step 2:

  • The time period for products returned due to a change of mind is thirty days from the date they are delivered to you. The products are supposed to be returned in original packaging, unused, and in re-sellable condition.

  • Brio issues refunds after deducting shipping charges, and a 15% restocking fee applies to opened or used products.

  • Just one visit to the contact section is sufficient to address all doubts. There, you can find product manuals, troubleshooting guides, and responses to frequently asked questions.

  • Just below, there is a form that includes personal information with a maximum of ten files that can be attached within the size limit of 20 MB.

What is covered under the Brio Water Warranty?

Brio guarantees to the initial buyer of the Brio Water Coolers, and solely to them, that under proper assembly and operation following the provided printed instructions, all components within the product will be devoid of any material or workmanship defects.

What is NOT covered under the Brio Water Warranty?

The limited warranty excludes any product failures or operational issues resulting from accidents, abuse, misuse, alterations, misapplications, improper installations, or inadequate maintenance or servicing by you or any third party. It also does not cover damages to the finish, such as scratches, dents, discoloration, or rust occurring after purchase. Furthermore, this warranty does not apply if normal and routine maintenance procedures outlined in the user’s manual are not followed.
