  • Prada helps you start your Prada warranty claim by contacting the customer service, named the Client Services department, by phone, WhatsApp, or email at a fixed time. All fields such as reason to contact them, your personal data, order number, and object are to be filled out compulsorily.

  • Simply provide your email and order number to track your order from the comfort of your home. An email will be sent to the email address you supplied to confirm the order with each shipment.

  • A confirmation and synopsis of the order linked to each product such as the illustration of the product and total cost of the order with taxes and shipping costs are in the email.

Step 2:

  • You will have perks when you register yourself by creating an account. Having an account enhances the ordering process, saves multiple billing and shipping addresses, and offers numerous other benefits.

  • The items must remain in their pristine, unutilized state, retaining all tags, which encompass security tags and more, as well as any distinctive packaging and accompanying accessories. You must return the products within thirty days from the delivery date.

  • If a product comes with a security tag and is returned without this tag properly attached, it will not qualify for a return.

Step 3:

  • Customer service will give you solutions when you want to cancel your order. Once the order has been readied for shipment, it is no longer feasible to cancel it.

  • Cancellations are not an option for personalized items that they tailor exclusively to your specifications and preferences.

  • Prada will repair or replace items with issues such as scratched sunglasses, broken boot buckles, torn bags, loose nose pads, peeling leather, fading color, worn-out sneaker soles, or undone strap stitching.
