After getting the Return Authorization (RA) number from the customer support team, the products can be returned to the manufacturer within thirty days from the delivery date.

The Kirby Company offers a warranty to the registered owner, ensuring that each Kirby product will be free from material and workmanship defects under normal use and service. The warranty lasts for three years from the date of purchase for all components, except items like belts, disposable filter bags, brush bristles, rear wheels, or other consumables typically used during Kirby product use. For commercial, professional, retail, institutional, or similar purposes ("commercial purposes"), the warranty period is ninety days for all components, except the aforementioned consumables. If any part is found to be defective during the applicable warranty period, the company will provide a replacement part through an authorized Kirby Distributor. Please note that all transportation costs are the responsibility of the registered owner.
The warranty does not include expenses for labor or service calls, damage resulting from accidents, misuse, negligence, abuse, or natural disasters when the product is used for personal, family, or household purposes ("consumer purposes"). It also does not cover defects or damage caused by an unauthorized agent, the use of non-genuine Kirby parts, or any Kirby product that has undergone repairs, alterations, or structural modifications that, in the Company's judgment, affect its stability or reliability.
