Step 1:

  • The customer care center is looking to solve your troubles as soon as possible. Being in touch with them will assist you in making the warranty claim. On the contact page, a link is provided to check the reset instructions.

  • For peak performance, ensure regular synchronization of your watch and promptly update its software when prompted.

Step 2:

  • Whether the products bought from their online store are damaged, defective, or you are not happy with them, use the email or return form to contact the company to initiate the return process. You have thirty calendar days for the return.

  • The original form used for the purchase is utilized to provide the refund for the item's price as well as any applicable taxes. The shipping cost is included in the refund only for damaged or defective products.

  • The products should not be in used, improper condition, any packaging other than the original one, and must have a copy of the packing slip and return address on the parcel. The return form contains the order number and date, your personal and contact details.

Step 3:

  • Polar will then coordinate with their designated carrier to pick up the product. You will receive advance notice to schedule a convenient collection time and location.

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. Kindly check the tracking number provided in that email for reference.

  • During the warranty process, Polar Watches may provide you with one of the following solutions: either a warranty replacement or warranty service during the 1 or 2-year limited warranty period.

What is covered under the Polar Watches Warranty?

Polar Electro Oy/Polar Electro Inc. assures the original consumer/purchaser of the Polar product that it will be devoid of defects in material or workmanship from the date of purchase. Polar Electro Oy provides a limited international guarantee for Polar products. For items sold in the USA or Canada, Polar Electro, Inc. issues the guarantee. Throughout the guarantee period, the product will be either repaired or replaced at any authorized Polar Central Service, irrespective of the country of purchase. The guarantee is applicable only to countries where the product was initially marketed by Polar Electro Oy/Inc. A valid warranty claim necessitates proof of purchase from an authorized retailer.

What is NOT covered under the Polar Watches Warranty?

The warranty excludes coverage for regular wear and tear on the battery or other components, damage resulting from misuse, abuse, accidents, or failure to comply with precautions. Additionally, improper maintenance, commercial use, damage to cases/displays like cracking, breaking, or scratching, as well as damage to textile armbands, textile or leather wristbands, elastic straps (such as heart rate sensor chest straps), and Polar apparel are not covered. Furthermore, the warranty does not extend to any damages, losses, costs, or expenses—whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special—arising from or related to the product. Secondhand purchases are also not covered by the warranty.
