  • Nanoleaf maintains different forms for technical support, orders, and returns, points for retail purchases, and other requests. You can start your queries related to the preferred topic using the form. Your personal details are common in all forms.

  • Apart from the indicated categories, the support team provides advice on other matters that would be useful for the customers.

Step 2:

  • Within 30 days of the original shipment to you, you will have to make a request from Nanoleaf Support to return the product without having been used for the refund of your valuable money. The package should be handed over to the courier within 14 days after receiving the return label.

  • They pay the cost of return shipping if you are from the outlined countries. The location of purchase has to be contacted for the purchase not made at the Nanoleaf.

Step 3:

  • If you return items directly to Nanoleaf, any applicable costs determined by Nanoleaf may be subtracted from your refund. Alternatively, in cases where both the customer and Nanoleaf mutually agree, store credit may be provided instead of a refund.

  • No removal or reinstallation, labor, and shipping costs for the defective or damages that happen while returning the products will be levied on the customers.

What is covered under the Nanoleaf Warranty?

Nanoleaf products come with a limited warranty provided by Nanoleaf, offering a two-year complimentary replacement for defective hardware. The warranty duration is contingent on the product operating for 6 hours a day, 7 days a week. Should a product fail to adhere to this limited warranty, Nanoleaf, at its discretion, will either replace the product with the same or a functionally equivalent one or provide the purchaser with a credit for a future product purchase. Nanoleaf may also request the return of the product for examination and mitigation of potential similar defects.

What is NOT covered under the Nanoleaf Warranty?

The warranty does not extend to cover products that have not been installed and operated in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions and precautions, those subjected to accidents, neglect, abuse, misuse, or acts of nature, and those not directly purchased from an authorized Nanoleaf distributor/dealer/store or from the Nanoleaf Shop. Additionally, the warranty is not applicable to any product used in violation of relevant standards, codes, or instructions for use, including those specified by Underwriters Laboratory, Inc. (UL), the American Standards Institute (ANSI), the Canadian Standards Association (CSA) in Canada, the Standards Association of Australia (SAA) in Australia, and in the European Economic Area (EEA), European Conformity (CE).
