What is covered under the Plantronics Warranty?

Plantronics understands the cruciality of high-performing products for your business. Hence they offer a Limited Warranty that comes with a one-, two-, and three-year warranty period, depending on the products. This limited warranty policy covers the defects in workmanship and materials used in Poly products. The limited warranty term begins from the date of purchase. You must return or get repaired within this time frame.

What is NOT covered under the Plantronics Warranty?

The products that are not manufactured by or purchased from Poly or their authorized retailers are not eligible. If the products exhibit any sign of its usage in combination with peripheral, software, or ancillary equipment, excluding the batteries, chargers, adapters, connector cables, headsets, and power supplies, they are not eligible for the claim. Similarly, any unauthorized modifications and improper installation don’t qualify for the claims. Also the damages due to the owner's negligence, and physical or electrical stress also go void of this warrant.
