Step 2:

  • To qualify for the full refund as outlined in this Return Policy, all items must be in new/unused condition and returned with all accessories and parts securely packed in their original packaging.

  • Upon receipt, the returned item(s) undergo immediate inspection. Any necessary exchanges, credits, or refunds will be issued for the purchase price of the item(s), while taxes will be refunded in compliance with applicable state law.

  • Begin the Ashley Furniture warranty claim process by contacting Ashley Furniture customer service via their website, email, or phone. Provide the customer service representative with all relevant information.

  • 3-year limited warranty on Sleeper Mattress, and Sleeper Mechanisms
