Step 1:

• For the Nutribullet warranty claim, Nutribullet encourages you to register your products by providing your basic details, such as name, city, purchase date, and serial number. 

• To claim a warranty, simply call Nutribullet’s support team or submit the form provided.

• The experts from the customer support team will contact you, asking for the related details, such as name, proof of purchase, address, etc., for verification.

• After the verification, you have to ship the product along with all the relevant documents. Keep in mind that the shipping and processing fees will not be covered by the warranty.

• The Ultra Rapid Extractor Blade that comes with your Nutribullet Ultra or that is purchased separately is covered by a 5-year limited warranty that applies to purchases made from authorized retailers of the Nutribullet products.

Step 2:

• For returns, you will need a Return Authorization Number. If you contact the customer support team within 30 days of purchase, they will provide the number.

• Upon obtaining the number, pack the item you want to return, including all the accessories and parts in its original package.

• Please remember to attach the return label (which you can find on the invoice) with the return authorization number clearly written on it.

• Please note that the return authorization number is valid only for 7 days. So make sure that your products are shipped within 7 days.

• The refund amount, excluding the shipping and processing charge, will be credited to your account after a two-billing cycle.

• It typically takes 2 weeks to process the return and 30 days to refund.
