  • You can claim the warranty as soon as you register your Pit Boss Grills product.

  • To register your product, it is essential to complete the required fields in the form. In addition to your personal details, you have to provide the serial number, product type, date, and place of purchase. 

  • You can discover the serial and model numbers of your Pit Boss in distinct places: one on the rating label positioned at the rear of the hopper, and another on the design box.

  • Furthermore, you'll spot these numbers in two more places on the shipping box, precisely on both front panels, situated within an open space near the UPC.

Step 2:

  • To initiate a return, items must maintain their pristine, unused state and remain within their original packaging.

  • Upon receiving the returned product, Pit Boss Grills will thoroughly inspect it, and your refund will be processed within 10 business days.

  • Pit Boss does not permit returns for pellet grill products, spices, sauces, or electrical service components. 

  • If you've made a purchase through an authorized dealer, kindly call them directly for details regarding their specific return policy.

Step 3:

  • The customer support center is eager to address any issues. Whether your queries concern order tracking, warranty requests, shipping policy, assembly, repair, replacement, and so on, all will be rectified by them.

  • Should you desire to cancel an order, kindly call the dedicated customer care team right after completing your purchase.

  • Please note that any cancellations requested after the processing stage will be governed by the terms of Pit Boss's return policy.

  • If your grill's fuse is intact but the display goes blank, the grill won’t power on, the smoker doesn't heat up, a pin breaks during assembly, or if you encounter temperature fluctuations, overheating, an ErH code, ignition problems, igniter errors, or a non-functioning fan, Pit Boss will replace the faulty parts or even the entire unit under warranty. 

Pit Boss Grills Warranty Period:

  • Pit Boss Grills offers a 5-year warranty on wood pellet grills, wood pellet smokers, and combination grills

  • Pit Boss Grills provides a 2-year warranty on gas griddles

  • Pit Boss Grills offers a 1-year warranty on firepits
