What is covered under the Pit Boss Grills Warranty?

The warranty coverage commences on the original purchase date, and it requires proof of purchase, such as a copy of the original bill of sale, to be valid. Failure to provide proof of purchase or seeking warranty services after the warranty period has expired may result in customers being responsible for parts, shipping, and handling fees. Pit Boss Grills offers a comprehensive five-year warranty against defects and workmanship for all parts, along with a separate five-year warranty for electrical components. It's important to note that repair or replacement of any part does not extend beyond the initial five-year warranty period, counted from the date of purchase. This warranty is applicable to standard domestic use and service of the grill. Throughout the warranty period, Danson's responsibility is limited to providing replacements for components that are deemed defective or have failed. If a part is found to be defective upon inspection and is within the warranty period, Dansons will not charge for repair or replacement, provided that the parts are returned with prepaid freight.

What is NOT covered under the Pit Boss Grills Warranty?

This warranty will not be applicable, and Dansons will not assume responsibility if your appliance has not been installed, operated, cleaned, and maintained strictly in accordance with the guidelines provided in the owner's manual. Any use of gas that deviates from the instructions outlined in this manual may result in voiding the warranty. Damage or breakage caused by misuse, improper handling, or modifications is not covered under this warranty. Dansons and authorized Pit Boss dealers do not accept any responsibility, whether legal or otherwise, for incidental or consequential damage to property or individuals resulting from the use of this product. In the event of a claim against Dansons, whether based on a breach of this warranty or any other type of warranty expressed or implied by law, the manufacturer shall not be liable for any special, indirect, consequential, or other damages of any nature beyond the original purchase price of this product. All manufacturer warranties are detailed, and no claims can be made against the manufacturer for any warranty or representation.
