PINCH Furniture does not follow any specific method for product registration. However, you need to contact the customer support team for further inquiries that you have in your mind to be rectified.
The customer support center has been broadly expanded into sales, press, and hiring teams to make customers comfortable.
The receiving of faulty or damaged products should be informed to PINCH in writing to your sales agent or the given email within 24 hours from the date you received them. PINCH will not take responsibility for damages to the products that occurred after 24 hours. You have to take photos of the products for proof and retain all packaging.
Upon returning stock goods sold through their sales team due to a change of mind, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund, along with any associated bank charges. The products that are returned after getting approval from the PINCH in fully intact, unused, and with all original packaging and swing tags are eligible for refund.
Shipping charges will not be reimbursed, and any requests for returning goods to stock must be made within 14 days of the initial delivery.
To qualify for the distance-selling consumer right to return, products purchased from online platforms must have a return code requested within 14 days of receiving the goods. After receiving an RC code, customers have 28 days from the original delivery date to return the goods to the business.
Upon receipt and inspection of your return, they will send you an email to confirm that they have received your returned item. Additionally, they will inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and the credited amount will be automatically applied to your original payment method within 14 working days.
