  • Duravit guides you to have the model number of your product, product identification, and an explanation of the troubles that you are facing during the express warranty claim process. Franke Australia will look after your warranty claims for Duravit. 

  • Moreover, the original purchase receipt's copy, details of the location of the product installation, and relevant pictures for online warranty claim are needed. Duravit will not allow you to transfer the warranty to anyone.



Step 2:

  • Maintenance or repairs conducted by unauthorized individuals, use of non-genuine spare parts, absence of purchase documentation, and incidental or consequential losses are also excluded from the warranty coverage. 

  • Additionally, costs related to product removal, re-installation, specialized technician visits, or expenses incurred due to product unavailability or non-use are not covered by the warranty.

Step 3:

  • You have the right to receive a replacement or refund in the event of a major failure, along with compensation for any other foreseeable loss or damage.

  • In addition, if the goods do not meet acceptable quality standards and the failure is not considered a major one, you are entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced.

Franke Australia assures customers that their product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship throughout the Warranty Period. These include alterations, modifications, or disassembly of the Product; usage contrary to its intended purpose or instructions, including abuse, misuse, negligence, or vandalism; corrosion from environmental factors or chemical treatments; incidents such as fire, accidents, or theft; damage incurred during use or installation; external sources like blown fuses, power failure, or faulty installation; natural disasters or other uncontrollable events; normal wear and tear, as well as scratches, dents, rusting, discoloration, or tampering; imperfections inherent in the finishes or natural materials used. Furthermore, the warranty does not apply to products used in commercial settings, improperly installed items, or those purchased second-hand or from unauthorized sources.
