Step 1:

  • Warranty registration must be completed by the original purchaser who received the products in Australia and adaptable appliances. The warranty service is not available for appliances imported from other markets.

  • Your name, address, place, date of purchase, model name, and number, serial number, mobile number, and email address need to be filled up in the registration form. You should contact Laurastar prior to buying second-hand appliances.

Step 2:

  • Not many details, as you provided during the registration, are required to be filled out in the form for service and repair requests. For 10 years, Laurastar will take care of the maintenance of your product. No partial repair is done by them.

  • The quality of the service is upheld for six months, meaning your product will function without any problems from the date the service is completed. You should not ask them for technical support in case you decide to repair the appliances with your own effort. 

Step 3:

  • Laurastar provides you with a 28-day notice period to inform them about the return of the products in writing. The return of the products should be done in the original packaging with all original accessories.

  • The return of non-faulty products and products returned due to a change of mind should be initiated within 28 days. They will deduct a 15% restocking fee for these kinds of returns. You must pay for freight and insurance charges.

  • The products used without following the instructions that came with the appliances are not permitted to be returned.
