The express warranty begins on the earlier of the purchase date or, in the case of new constructions, the handover date. Their products are accompanied by consumer guarantees that, according to the Consumer Law, cannot be excluded, limited, or altered under the terms of the express warranty.

The express warranty specifically addresses defects originating solely from faulty materials or workmanship in the Phoenix Tapware Products.
The warranty explicitly excludes defects stemming from abuse, misuse, neglect, maltreatment, excessive stress or strain; improper water pressure or temperature (in violation of recommended usage guidelines); any repairs or alterations conducted by someone other than an accredited and licensed technician; and the attachment of accessories of any kind.
