Step 1:

  • Warranty claims for your product can be initiated by directly contacting Oliveri through phone or email. While there isn't a specific form provided for warranty claims, they do require the submission of a few documents.

  • Those documents are assumed as proof of purchase, including handover documentation (for newly built homes), contact details with the address where the product has been installed, product and defect images, and warranty claim details.

  • You have to provide a copy of the certificate that should mention that all procedures were followed during the installation of the product. This requirement is applicable to water filter systems only.

Step 2:

  • Oliveri accepts products returned for credit within thirty days from the original invoice date, and a 20% restocking fee will be imposed by the manufacturer. You cannot return or receive credit for goods manufactured for special purposes.

  • When returning, you should check that the products are in a resellable condition, and the cost of freight must be paid by the consumers. The seller holds no obligation to accept the return of goods unless explicit authorization has been granted by the seller.

  • The customer service team must be informed within 48 hours of receipt, quoting your invoice number, in case you receive damaged or faulty goods. They will be replaced without any objections.

Step 3:

  • The customer service team has the authorization to issue the Returns Approval Reference Number, which must be attached to your returned product. You must send back the products in their original condition and packaging.

  • Please provide your contact information and inquiry details in the fields, and a representative from their Customer Service Team will reach out to you shortly.

  • During the warranty process, Oliveri may provide you with one of the following solutions: either a warranty replacement or warranty service during the warranty period. The cost of parts and labor is covered for 1 year, and tapware cartridges are covered for 5 years.

What is covered under the Oliveri Warranty?

The warranty period commences on the date of purchase. In cases where the warranty involves the repair or replacement of a product or part, the warranty applicable to the repaired or replacement item starts from the original purchase date. Please note that the Oliveri warranty is only valid for the original purchaser of the product and is not transferable to others.

What is NOT covered under the Oliveri Warranty?

The Oliveri warranty excludes coverage for scratches or any defects or damage resulting, either wholly or in part, from the following: normal wear and tear (such as wear on seals in the inlet and outlet valves, scratches incurred during cleaning, etc.); improper storage or handling of the products; failure to install, use, or maintain the product correctly or to adhere to any installation, usage, or maintenance instructions or guidelines; flaws in the design of a system in which the products are utilized; using the product for purposes other than those specified on a quote, order form, price book, or catalogue issued by Oliveri; continued use of the product after the emergence of any defect or when it should have become apparent to a reasonably prudent operator or user; or any accidents or acts of nature.
