Step 1:

  • To begin with, first login into your Philips account, where you will find the “View Active Order History”. Select the product you want to return, then choose the reason for the return from the drop-down list, and submit.

  • If you don’t have an account, you can request a return here by entering your order number and email address. As the next step, you have to select whether you want an exchange or a refund. Please note that if there are no exchange options, it means the product is out of stock and cannot process replacement at that time.

Step 2:

  • Now you will get the packaging instructions followed by a link to download the FedEx return label, which you have to attach to the parcel. The label will also be emailed to you.

  • Next, the company will show you the nearby FedEx drop-off location. If the location is not convenient for you, they have an option for you to choose the location.

  • Philips will process the refund or replacement after they receive the products. In the case of a refund, the original amount will be refunded to the card you used for the original purchase.

  • Once the registration is done after the account is created, benefits such as extended warranties, shopping history, support, and accessories will be provided.

Step 3:

  • Philip advises you to pack all the items into one box if you want to return multiple products. Also, make sure that you have included all the products, as the company’s refund policy will reimburse your purchase amount for missing parts.

What is covered under the Philips Warranty?

The warranty for each new product commences from the date of purchase, with the duration varying based on the specific product. Philips warranty is applicable under the condition that the product has been used appropriately for its intended purpose, as outlined in the instruction manual.

What is NOT covered under the Philips Warranty?

The warranty does not cover instances where the proof-of-purchase has been tampered with or rendered illegible, or if alterations have been made to the model number, serial number, or production date code on the product. Commercial use of the product, rather than domestic use, also falls outside the warranty's scope. Repairs or modifications performed by unauthorized service entities or individuals are not covered. Additionally, defects resulting from excessive usage beyond the intended purpose, incorrect use, inadequate maintenance, abuse, or exposure to environmental conditions contrary to those specified in the user manual are excluded. Damage caused by mishandling, negligence, breakage, or cracking is not covered, nor is normal wear and tear or the replacement of consumable parts. Moreover, if the product was not originally designed, manufactured, or approved for use in the country where it is utilized, such as in cases of product importation, it is not covered by the warranty.
