Philips will process the refund or replacement after they receive the products. In the case of a refund, the original amount will be refunded to the card you used for the original purchase.
Philip advises you to pack all the items into one box if you want to return multiple products. Also, make sure that you have included all the products, as the company’s refund policy will reimburse your purchase amount for missing parts.

The return delivery is free of charge if you choose to return or replace within the warranty period.
Philips warranty will not cover the products that miss its parts or any of the accessories.
