  • You can avail warranty service for your defective product at no cost within the warranty period. To initiate the service, please complete the service request form.

  • Begin by selecting the specific product you own and providing all the required information, which includes your name, mailing address, shipping address, and a description of the issue.

  • Once you have provided all the necessary details, you can proceed to submit the form.


Step 2:

  • Upon submitting the form, you will promptly receive an email from them containing a reference number and additional guidance about the return procedure.

  • Typically, you can expect to receive this email within 15 minutes, although occasional delays might occur. 

  • Kindly ensure to include a copy of your receipt when making a Sennheiser warranty claim.

  • Feel free to reach out to their support team if you have any additional inquiries. Sennheiser also provides a repair portal to facilitate Sennheiser warranty repairs for their products.

  • During the warranty process, Sennheiser may offer you one of the following solutions: warranty replacement or warranty service. The warranty period is usually 2 or 10 years.


Step 3:

  • If repairs are needed, Sonova Consumer Hearing will cover all expenses related to the repair.

  • Any service labor undertaken is warranted for 90 days or until the expiration of the original warranty period of the initially purchased product, whichever period is longer.

  • To qualify for Sennheiser warranty repair or replacement, it's essential to provide the repair items along with a valid bill of sale.

  • This bill of sale must be obtained from an authorized Sennheiser retailer and should contain the important information.

  • If the bill of sale is not provided with all the necessary information, your warranty repair or replacement request may be declined.

Sennheiser Warranty Period:

  • Sennheiser offers a 1-year warranty for Neumann products, a 2-year warranty for Sennheiser-branded consumer hearing products, and a 10-year warranty for wired Evolution products
