This bill of sale must be obtained from an authorized Sennheiser retailer and should contain the following details: Retailer's Name, Original Date of Purchase, and the Model or SKU number of the purchased product.
If the bill of sale is not provided with all the necessary information, your warranty repair or replacement request may be declined.
You can avail service for your defective product at no cost within the warranty period.

Once you have provided all the necessary details, you can proceed to submit the form.

Typically, you can expect to receive this email within 15 minutes, although occasional delays might occur. But it might take a bit longer in some cases. And kindly ensure to include a copy of your receipt when making warranty claims.
