  • You must follow Return Material Authorization (RMA) procedures in the Honeywell warranty claim process to make the claim acceptable to Honeywell. 

  • You must get an RMA number by contacting their support, which will be the reference number in the whole process.

  • Shipping the products with an RMA number may slow down the process and does not ensure the warranty claim either.

  • You will have to provide a customer ID, serial number, date code, dated proof of purchase, and product type along with a brief description of the problem to obtain an RMA number.
