To request a replacement or refund, you must submit an RMA request form. Ensure that all form fields are accurately completed. You will need to upload a clear image or PDF of your proof of purchase, including the purchase date, product details, model, and seller information.
Allow 48 to 72 hours for the customer service team to issue a return authorization. Amcrest provides a prepaid return label for DOA warrantied replacements and defective item refunds. Domestic U.S. RMA repairs are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, FedEx Ground, or UPS Ground (3-7 days). Customers outside the Continental USA must arrange for returns using a traceable shipping method (e.g., UPS, FedEx, DHL).
For items returned after 30 days, replacements will be thoroughly tested manufacturer-refurbished units. The receiving department will inspect all returned items to ensure accurate receipt.
Refunds or replacements will be processed within 3-7 business days after delivery. Refund notifications are sent via email, and processing may take 2-5 business days.
Unauthorized returns or those not meeting return criteria may incur additional fees. All returns must be approved by the RMA department. Non-compliance may result in package loss.
