The solution for warranty service is to contact the customer support team for both defective faucets and bathing products. However, warranty claims for faucets can be made via phone, email, or online, while for bathing products, the last two options are replaced by post mail to the office address.
The original purchaser will have to submit the proof of purchase to the Peerless Faucet company or registration form.
The registration form includes fields for the name, email, phone number, address, model number, and purchase date. Guidance on locating the model number is provided at the bottom of the form.
The products which are installed in the United States of America, Canada, and Mexico are protected by this warranty.
Certain states/provinces (such as Quebec) may have regulations that prohibit limitations on the duration of implied warranties. Therefore, this restriction might not be applicable to you.
This warranty is the exclusive written warranty of Peerless Faucet Company and is non-transferable.
